Inviting your team & setting roles
Greenroom supports unlimited teammates on every plan. Here's how to invite, assign roles, and manage permissions.

By Andy SalameGet your whole team in Greenroom — agents, ops, accountants, tour managers. Each role gets the right level of access by default.
Inviting
Settings → Members → Invite. Paste emails (comma-separated for batch invites), pick a role, click send. Invites expire after 7 days.
Roles explained
- Owner — full access, billing, member management
- Admin — full access except billing + ownership transfer
- Manager — create/edit events, manage holds, send offers
- Member — view events, comment, complete tasks
- Guest — read-only access to specific events you share with them
Custom permissions
On Pro+ plans, you can override individual permissions per member — e.g. give a contractor edit access only on a single tour.
