OAuth setup

Settings → Integrations → pick your platform → Connect. Greenroom walks you through OAuth — no API keys to copy/paste.

Mapping events

On first connect, we list all events from your ticketing platform. Match them to existing Greenroom events, or click Create to spin up new ones.

Auto-mapping uses fuzzy matching on event name + date + venue. Manual review takes about 30 seconds per event.

Troubleshooting

If a platform disconnects (token expired, password changed), Greenroom emails the integration owner and shows a banner on the dashboard until reconnected.
